just enough, for nowShe traced the patterns in the wooden surface of the table. The dark spirals fell deeper and deeper into each other until one could no longer be distinguished from the other. Snow was falling outside even now. Frost built up on the window pane, fogging her view of the outside world. Spider web cracks ran across the surface of the soft ice. The coffee shop was warm in comparison to the weather outside. A light tune she remembered hearing on the radio yesterday weaved its melody through the air.
"Will this be enough for you?"
He thought he knew her. He thought this would go somewhere. He thought there was something und just enough, for now

The WallI simply stared at the wall of glowing text. Stunned into silence by miles of glowing text. The wall itself could not be seen, but its presence was quite obvious, in the way it distorted the world behind it. Words engraved in a sky that rippled and moved. Gold and orange air molded into a foreign tongue.
Words never written, but spoken into being. With a definite start, and becoming longer with each passing thought. I would have walked around the wall to view from all angles, but as roots crawl through rock, my feet sunk into the planet.

*sigh* I've been locked out of my dorm room right now. My roommate is in there with her boyfriend who drove down from New York again. Funny, I never imagined that their relationship would even last beyond graduation. I used to be unable to even call him her "boyfriend," he was her "boytoy."
